HABESHA Night: Guadalajara Pop Up April 2026 | Guadalajara, México
The first international activation of The HABESHA Project — an intimate pop-up combining oral history, portraiture, and community conversation about Eritrean and Ethiopian diaspora identity. Attendees included local artists, members of the African diaspora and U.S. Consulate staff. Carajillos were flowing, linking Mexican café culture with the birthplace of coffee in East Africa via a U.S. diaspora lens.
